Primarily, we provide individual therapy sessions tailored to adults struggling with chronic pain, insomnia, or both. However, we also offer intermittent couple or family sessions upon request. We recognize the impact chronic pain can have on relationships and are committed to providing support to both individuals and their loved ones. 

If chronic pain or insomnia is significantly impacting your quality of life, functioning, mood, or relationships, we're here to help. While we do not accept insurance, we provide Super Bills upon request, which you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about coverage for out-of-network services.

The duration of treatment varies depending on individual needs and progress. Some clients may find relief in a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy. We'll work together to determine the most appropriate course of treatment for you. 

Yes, we offer confidential high-quality video sessions to adults experiencing chronic pain, chronic illness, and those with sleep difficulties. Teletherapy provides convenience and accessibility, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own home. *see below for more information 

Yes, for those willing to meet in Emeryville, we offer customized and appropriately paced walking/sitting/standing sessions around Emeryville, California. These locations are generally outdoors, but indoor options may be possible and will be discussed on an individual basis.
